- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and clean raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making processes for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and summaries for management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to understand their data needs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and suggest improvements to data collection and storage processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and eagerness to learn.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic SQL, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and statistical concepts is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
