Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for stakeholders, highlighting critical insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong plus, though training will be provided.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically about data problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex data findings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
