Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel functions to query databases and perform statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear, visual reports and presentations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Identify data quality issues and propose solutions to improve overall data integrity.
- Support the reporting infrastructure and ensure timely delivery of monthly business intelligence reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Familiarity with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE clauses) is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, and a desire to learn new technologies quickly.
