Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Integration: Gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources including SQL databases, APIs, and spreadsheets to ensure a 360-degree view of business performance.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
- Reporting: Produce clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse teams.
