Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analysis and generate regular reports for stakeholders to support business operations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that can lead to process improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and answer ad-hoc analytical questions.
- Document data processes and maintain a repository of data definitions and schemas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL (basic queries such as SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) and database concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
