Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and correlations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Perform routine data quality checks and ensure the accuracy of reporting metrics.
- Support senior analysts in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Document data processes and maintain clear records of data sources and transformations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language) for data extraction and querying.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
