Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform raw data into business-ready assets
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and uncover trends
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives
- Partner with product and marketing teams to quantify campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure data accuracy across departments
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with programming languages (Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
