- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
- Partner with product teams to translate data findings into actionable product recommendations
- Create automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance trends
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of data analysis experience with SQL proficiency and advanced Excel skills
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical modeling techniques
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce industries preferred
