Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Excel, and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Monitor data quality and implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings with actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address immediate business needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
