Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes.
- Support Reporting: Help create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
- Data Cleaning: Process and clean raw data to remove errors, handle missing values, and ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Visualizations: Collaborate with the team to develop clear, understandable data visualizations (charts, graphs) using tools like Excel or Tableau.
- Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and ease of understanding for stakeholders.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions to improve proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analytics best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical teams.
- Software: Eagerness to learn data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
