Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify business trends
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators and create automated reporting pipelines
- Conduct A/B testing experiments to validate product hypotheses
- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences through compelling data narratives
- Contribute to data governance initiatives and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field (2020-2023 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and experimental design
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ data analysis projects (academic or professional)
