Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and organize data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and trend identification to support business decision-making processes.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and professional reports for management, highlighting significant data findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL to extract specific datasets required for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), and basic knowledge of Python or R is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality and interpretation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proactive attitude towards troubleshooting data issues and finding solutions to business problems.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a plus but not required.
