Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data
- Prepare weekly performance reports for department heads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Participate in quarterly hackathons to develop new analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
