Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create basic visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly performance reports for business stakeholders
- Identify data trends and anomalies through statistical analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL fundamentals)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments
