Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and document security incidents with SOC team
- Perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing support
- Assist with security policy implementation and compliance
- Develop automation scripts for security workflows
- Participate in threat hunting and intelligence analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT security teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
