Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate potential security incidents and document findings
- Assist with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security awareness materials for client employees
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
- Update security documentation and compliance reports
- Collaborate with red team on simulated attack scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification (or enrolled)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and firewalls
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly in fast-paced environments
- Strong written communication skills for reporting
- Eligibility to work in the United States
