The Role
We are seeking a Director of Future Technologies to serve as our internal futurist and chief architect. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends in AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum Readiness, and translating them into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, prioritizing AI integration, Spatial Computing, and Quantum Computing readiness.
- Lead the R&D strategy, identifying breakthrough technologies that can be commercialized within the next 3-5 years.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with broader business goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of pilot programs for emerging tech stacks.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus Horizons remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of Spatial Computing (e.g., AR/VR) and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
