Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning long-term vision with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Encryption, and Neural Interfaces.
- Identify and assess high-potential startups and disruptive technologies to acquire or integrate into the Nexus ecosystem.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry leaders and academic institutions to foster innovation.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for R&D initiatives focused on the future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI, or software development leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing long-term strategic vision.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets over $5M and leading diverse, high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of emerging technologies.
