Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical and strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Lead a high-performing team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the research and development lifecycle, from conceptualization to production deployment of advanced AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, legal, and executive leadership, to ensure project success.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, governance, and compliance to mitigate risk and ensure responsible AI development.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for technological differentiation and growth.
- Represent the company at major industry conferences and thought leadership forums.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI projects from concept to market.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in building and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
