Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Visualization: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and support the development of new features.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress to ensure business objectives are met.
- Quality Assurance: Implement data validation processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all reporting data.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data workflows and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems using data.
