Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver weekly performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Optimize data collection processes and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting marketing, sales, and operations departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex functions
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
