Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using modern frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Java)
- Lead code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with emphasis on scalability and security
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
- Drive technical debt reduction and system performance improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture patterns
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
