Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to optimize reporting efficiency
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative reports
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
- Drive continuous improvement of analytics infrastructure and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced Tableau or Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong statistical analysis skills with A/B testing background
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue) preferred
