Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for data optimization across the organization.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
