Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical queries.
- Perform statistical analysis to support decision-making processes and forecasting models.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in clear, concise, and visually engaging formats.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Python or R.
- Experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
