Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend solutions to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with ETL processes.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
