Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to conduct A/B tests and optimize user experiences
- Present data-driven insights to leadership through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to non-technical audiences
