Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast business metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver insights
- A/B test hypotheses and communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL pipelines
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
