Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Develop weekly performance reports for key stakeholders
- Clean, preprocess, and validate data for accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of data analysis experience with portfolio examples
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Strong statistical knowledge and A/B testing experience
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced contract environment
- Excellent communication skills for translating data into narratives
