Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive strategic business decisions.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports summarizing findings, highlighting outliers, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Process Improvement: Work with IT and operations teams to streamline data collection processes and improve overall data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
