Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Develop Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Clean and Transform Data: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by cleaning raw data and transforming it into usable formats using SQL and Python.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis to forecast business trends and provide recommendations based on empirical evidence.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, summarizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
