Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify business trends and anomalies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Create automated reports to reduce manual data entry and improve efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
