Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data for reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports
- Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address business questions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
