Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and performance metrics
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through clear visualizations
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize data-driven decision making
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Certification in Google Analytics or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer a plus
