Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Create automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Identify trends and anomalies through statistical modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
- Develop data pipelines and maintain data quality standards
- Support A/B testing and experiment design for product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
