Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced SQL queries, Python scripting, and data modeling.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to identify data gaps and improve data collection processes.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate product performance and user engagement.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the tech industry.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
