Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.
- Develop Data Dashboards: Create interactive, visually appealing dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating technical findings into business language.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection processes and recommend automation solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction; experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
