The Role:
We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making, ensuring our stakeholders have the tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into a usable format for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business-friendly language.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve overall data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday/Sunday).
