Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing weekly insights to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to optimize weekend campaign performance
- Automate data collection processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Present findings through concise visualizations and narrative-driven reports
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining team communication
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis methodologies
