Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders and operational teams
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to track KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness
- Design and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address urgent business questions
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for weekend shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high productivity
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred
