Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling
- Maintain and optimize data models for weekend reporting cycles
- Document analytical processes and methodologies for team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Experience with data visualization and creating executive-ready reports
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects and visualizations
