Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Analyze complex data trends and patterns to provide actionable business recommendations during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the core team to support data migration projects and system upgrades.
- Conduct routine audits and quality checks on data pipelines to minimize errors.
- Generate weekly and monthly analytical reports for management review.
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs for Virginia-based operations teams as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data structures.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
