Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy during weekend reporting cycles.
- Design and build interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Document data processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
