Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators for Boston and Virginia operations.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities in the data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on critical business metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all weekend data pipelines.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data querying.
- Advanced skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to work effectively during weekend shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business leaders.
