Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Weekend Reporting: Lead the generation of weekly and monthly analytical reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery during the weekend shift.
- Data Integrity: Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance checks to ensure the reliability of all analytical outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to predict future trends and optimize operational processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automation strategies to streamline reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong knowledge of Python or R for data scripting.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
- Schedule: Must be willing and able to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) as part of the core business operations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
