Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify trends and anomalies in data, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across all databases and reporting systems.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation for data models and analysis processes.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a weekend shift or shift-work environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
