Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts to detect and respond to cyber threats in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure network architectures and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.
- Provide security awareness training to employees across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security.
- Active CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel).
- Experience with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
