Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets on weekends to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Reporting: Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery despite the weekend schedule.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and consistency across all databases, performing regular audits and validation checks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and product teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support during weekend maintenance windows.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Candidates must be open to relocating to the Miami, Florida area.
