Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to weekend business performance.
- Develop, maintain, and interpret dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Prepare and present weekly reports to management highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize data collection processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively during weekend shifts.
