The role requires availability for weekend shifts to ensure our data operations run smoothly 24/7.
In this position, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will leverage your analytical skills to uncover insights that drive growth and efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Maintain and update documentation for data processes and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a financial or tech sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
